Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, inquiry-based English lessons tailored to Early Childhood 1st and 2nd grade students, ensuring active participation and comprehension.
- Support students in achieving academic milestones and prepare them effectively for standardized exams and assessments.
- Collaborate with fellow educators on interdisciplinary projects and cross-curricular activities that enrich student learning experiences.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in compliance with school policies.
- Respect and integrate the school’s traditional values and cultural context into your teaching methodology.
- Plan and organize classroom activities and materials, dedicating approximately 15 hours weekly to lesson preparation and administrative duties.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Native English speakers or foreign professionals with a minimum C1+ English proficiency level.
- BA Degree in any field; degrees in Education, Primary Education, or English Language Teaching (ELT) are preferred.
- At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience in early childhood or primary education settings.
- Currently residing in Colombia or able to relocate by January 15th.
- BA Degree must be apostilled to comply with Colombian work visa requirements.
Preferred:
- TEFL certification or equivalent teaching credentials, especially if BA degree is not in education or ELT.
- Experience with inquiry-based and student-centered teaching methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
