Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to company products, achieving a customer satisfaction rate above 90%.
  • Assist in configuring and resolving network device and system issues to maintain optimal connectivity and performance.
  • Document all support interactions accurately in the ticketing system to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Participate in IT projects focused on process optimization and enhanced customer experience.
  • Train and mentor new technical support staff, fostering a knowledgeable and efficient team.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT technical support or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT support systems, Help Desk software, and computer networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Technical expertise in web technologies, Identity and Access Management (SSO, IDPs, Provisioning), Graph and SCIM APIs, integrations, webhooks, live streaming, mail servers, and network troubleshooting.

Preferred:

  • Certifications such as ITIL or Cisco CCNA.
  • Experience with custom and third-party software integrations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client communication.
