Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative in Barcelona

Jobs Mediator Ltd is hiring a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. The annual pay is 22300. You will assist customers in Norwegian and English and help deliver a responsive, positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues by phone, email, and chat in Norwegian and English.
• Explain products and services accurately so customers can make informed decisions.
• Record and track customer interactions in internal systems to support effective follow-up and resolution.
• Work with support, operations, and other colleagues to improve service delivery and share best practices.
• Attend training to strengthen product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Identify process improvements that can increase customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Norwegian fluency at C2 level and English fluency at C1 level.
• High school diploma.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Team and Reporting

You will report to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate with a diverse team across support and operations. Your work will contribute to efficient operations, strong teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
