Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative in Barcelona, Spain

Jobs Mediator Ltd is looking for a dedicated Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. This full-time position demands fluency in both Norwegian and English to deliver outstanding customer support and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in Norwegian and English.
• Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Document and track customer interactions using internal systems for efficient follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management for continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian (C2) and English (C1).
• High School Diploma.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

As part of our diverse team, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams in support and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
