This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled nursing team in a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional oncology patient care. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Med/Surg Oncology unit, ensuring patient care meets best practices and organizational standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required. Experience: Minimum 5 years nursing experience, including 2-3 years in oncology leadership. Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and communication abilities. Certifications: Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) preferred; commitment to ongoing education encouraged. Tools: Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and nursing software applications.
