Join Bright Support as an Office Admin, Business Operations, and Customer Service Specialist in Calgary, Alberta! Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data accurately in databases and spreadsheets Verify and correct data to maintain integrity Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Perform regular data backups to ensure data security Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed Requirements: Typing speed of 40–50 WPM with high accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills High school diploma required; additional training or certifications are a plus Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles Familiarity with CRM or database management systems Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Compensation: $50 per hour Job Type: Full-time, on-site position in Calgary, Alberta.
