Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage online job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse candidate pool. Communicate promptly and clearly with applicants, providing updates and answering recruitment inquiries. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely candidate sourcing. Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates to streamline the hiring process. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of job postings and outreach. Maintain an organized applicant tracking system with up-to-date candidate information. Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
