Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage online job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse candidate pool. Communicate promptly and clearly with applicants, providing updates and answering recruitment inquiries. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely candidate sourcing. Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates to streamline the hiring process. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of job postings and outreach. Maintain an organized applicant tracking system with up-to-date candidate information. Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and internal teams. Proficiency with online job boards and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities. Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or HR-related roles preferred.
