Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold high standards. Monitor operational performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with other departments. Prepare and analyze operational reports for management review. Develop and execute strategies to optimize operational workflows. Required and Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications in operations management. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles.
