Communicate effectively with team members regarding operational progress and any issues. Document and track production data to meet operational standards. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during operations. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and improvement opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Certification in a relevant field. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Technical skills related to machinery operation and maintenance. Experience in similar roles preferred but not mandatory. This position is vital to our operational success, requiring consistency, attention to detail, and teamwork.
