Key Responsibilities Analyze financial requirements and translate them into detailed Oracle Financials functional specifications. Provide configuration, testing, and deployment support for Oracle Financials modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and conduct gap analysis. Lead training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure smooth system adoption. Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and training materials. Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements. Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven expertise in Oracle Financials Functional modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance standards. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Oracle Financials functional role preferred. Relevant Oracle Financials certifications are a plus. As an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant, you will work closely with finance professionals, IT teams, and business analysts to enhance financial system functionality.
