Santa Fe Art Collector Organizer & Personal Assistant Job

Are you organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented? Join us in Santa Fe as an Organizer / Personal Assistant to manage and catalog a vast collection of art, furniture, memorabilia, and photographs. About the Role We have a house, a warehouse, and seven storage lockers filled with valuable collections. Over the next two years, you will catalog these items and assist with donations to museums or sales at auction. Heavy lifting is not required as we have dedicated staff for that. Key Responsibilities Cataloging art and collectibles with precision and care Coordinating donations and auction sales Traveling to art shows, auctions, galleries, and museums Handling administrative tasks such as paying bills and contacting healthcare and insurance providers Managing communications with contractors, electricians, HOAs, plumbers, locksmiths, security firms, and web designers Qualifications Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Google Drive; knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus Curiosity and motivation to learn about the art market Experience in the art market or interior design is highly valued and will be compensated accordingly Ability to work full-time, five days a week Local knowledge of Santa Fe is a strong advantage; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates What We Offer Competitive monthly salary with benefits Opportunity to work closely with art collections and gain market insights Long-term employment with consistent workload for at least two years Note: This is a full-time, on-site position in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
