Join Jacob Edwin Quinney as a full-time Outdoor Laborer, Landscaper, Gardener, and Wood Shop Assistant in Belleville, Ontario. This role offers hands-on experience working outdoors on diverse landscaping and gardening projects while assisting with woodworking tasks. Key Responsibilities Landscaping: Perform planting, weeding, pruning, and general garden maintenance to enhance outdoor spaces. Wood Shop Assistance: Support woodworking projects including fabrication and assembly of wooden structures. Tool Operation: Maintain and safely operate landscaping and woodworking tools such as lawnmowers, brush cutters, and chainsaws. Garden Care: Assist with watering, fertilization, and pest management to ensure healthy plant growth. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to implement landscaping designs and fulfill client requests. Site Maintenance: Keep the worksite clean, organized, and safe at all times. Progress Reporting: Monitor project status and communicate updates and improvement suggestions to supervisors. Required and Preferred Qualifications Experience in physical outdoor labor, landscaping, gardening, or woodworking preferred. Strong knowledge and safe use of outdoor tools including lawnmowers, brush cutters, and chainsaws. Proficiency with hand and power woodworking tools. Excellent physical stamina to work outdoors in summer heat and manage challenging conditions. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
