Wanted. Seeking Motivated, Outside Salesperson for residential Roof and Hardie Siding sales centered around acquiring new customer leads in the greater Houston area and especially for the Alvin, Jersey Village, Cypress, League City, Humble, Baytown and Deer Park areas. You provide your sales expertise, and we provide great sales support, a highly regarded company and continuous training.

This is a 1099/independent contractor sales position with huge potential for the right candidates. Most successful roof and siding salespeople make high 5 figures and well into 6 figures. (The biggest difference between 5 figure and 6 figure earners is how many leads they self-generate.) Proven salespeople may have the ability to become an employee with benefits or to work in our multi-family division.

We are seeking men or women with roof or siding experience whose current position with another company is unrewarding OR those with no roof or siding sales experience at all. We will train you! You must have a positive attitude and be ethical and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualified candidates must be comfortable knocking on homeowners’ doors, climbing ladders and walking on roofs. You must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and have great verbal and written communications skills. You will also need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This is a Monday through Friday job with flexibility to include evenings and weekends to accommodate customers’ schedules.

Job overview includes running company provided leads as well as canvassing, door knocking and generating your own sales leads. Managing the leads from initial appointment, meeting with homeowners to discuss storm related / insurance paid damage or retail projects, providing estimates and proposals, closing the sale, overseeing the production team to collecting the COC and final payment.
