Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with contractor customers in residential and commercial building sectors.
- Utilize sales reports and customer data to identify new sales opportunities and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Make cold calls and follow up on sales leads to expand your customer base and increase market share in Frederick.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective customers to present product offerings and close sales.
- Provide timely follow-up and solutions to customer service concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- College degree in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check; vehicle insurance meeting company requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales activities effectively.
Preferred:
- Industry knowledge of building materials and contractor processes to better serve customer needs.
- Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly in construction or building supply sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
