Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes to ensure smooth application. Select, mix, and tint paints accurately to match project specifications. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with attention to detail. Inspect and maintain painting tools and equipment for optimal performance. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to minimize risks during projects. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards. Clean and organize work areas, disposing of materials responsibly post-completion. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Proven experience in painting or a related trade. Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials. Strong understanding of safety practices in construction and painting environments. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Certifications in painting or construction are advantageous. Experience with spray painting equipment preferred. Reporting to the site supervisor, you will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure comprehensive project delivery.
