Communicate regularly with site supervisors about progress and challenges. Participate in team meetings to plan and strategize upcoming projects. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in plastering or related construction tasks. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of construction safety equipment and procedures. Experience with construction machinery is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is advantageous.
