Parent Community Manager – Remote (Mexico)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to actively engage and grow the parent community.
- Manage and moderate online forums and social media channels to encourage constructive discussions and share valuable parenting resources.
- Organize and host virtual events and webinars on relevant parenting topics, driving high participation and engagement.
- Serve as a liaison between parents and Vyagale’s Academy, collecting feedback to inform and improve community initiatives.
- Monitor trends in parenting and community engagement to ensure content remains current, relevant, and impactful.
- Create compelling content that supports and resonates with parents, fostering interaction and community growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall community programs and support structures.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, approachable tone.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community management or social media engagement roles.
- Proficiency with digital tools for community engagement and content management platforms.
- Familiarity with online communication platforms such as Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, or similar.
Preferred:
- Experience working with parent or family-focused communities.
- Knowledge of current trends in parenting and family engagement.
- Ability to analyze community metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus for broader communication.
