Assist in creating and distributing career-related resources to help navigate the job market effectively. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure continuous support throughout the employment journey. Collaborate with team members to design and facilitate engaging professional development workshops and events. Maintain accurate records of interactions and monitor job seeker progress to evaluate success. Support outreach strategies to connect with a broader audience seeking career advice. Foster an inclusive environment by building connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others succeed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in career counseling or related fields preferred. Familiarity with online job boards and career resources. Proactive, positive attitude with problem-solving skills in a team setting. Experience in community outreach or event organization is a plus.
