Key Responsibilities Prepare and brew a variety of coffee beverages to meet customer preferences. Ensure equipment is clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. Engage with customers to understand their coffee preferences and educate them on different coffee styles. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies. Contribute to an inviting atmosphere by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee area. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and workflow. Participate in training sessions to improve coffee brewing techniques and knowledge about different coffee origins. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven skills in coffee brewing and preparation. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
