We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Airbnb Administrator to oversee the daily management of our rental properties. This part-time, remote contract role is perfect for candidates with prior experience managing Airbnb listings or similar short-term rental platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update Airbnb listings, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness Coordinate guest communications and respond promptly to inquiries Handle booking management and calendar synchronization Oversee property maintenance requests and coordinate with cleaning teams Monitor guest reviews and maintain high ratings Ensure compliance with Airbnb policies and local regulations Qualifications: Proven experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with property management software is a plus This is a remote, part-time contract position based in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
