Key Responsibilities Assist with tenant inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service to residents. Schedule maintenance and coordinate property showings efficiently. Organize and maintain accurate property files, including leases and tenant communications. Support daily community operations and assist the property management team. Help manage property inspections and follow up on repairs and maintenance needs. Maintain clear communication with team members and help resolve tenant issues. Track and record maintenance requests using property management software. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience in property management or related fields preferred but not required. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
