Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and organizational goals.
Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
Review resumes and perform preliminary screenings to ensure the right match for each position.
Provide feedback and coaching to candidates during the interview process to enhance their chances of success.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve the candidate experience.
Track and manage candidate progress in our applicant tracking system, ensuring timely follow-ups and communications.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

High School Diploma required; additional educational achievements preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in recruiting or customer service is a plus.

Preferred:

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred experience of 1-3 years in recruiting or related fields.
