Key Responsibilities Post job openings on multiple platforms to reach qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate applicants. Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data. Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and performance metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; further education is a plus. At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with standard office software and job boards. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
