Engage customers with friendly, professional communication and resolve inquiries effectively. Accurately document call details and update customer records in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and support closing sales opportunities when required. Stay updated on product offerings and communicate changes during calls. Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and enhance service quality. Participate in weekly team meetings to review performance and discuss customer feedback. Qualifications Minimum education: 12th Grade. Fluent communication skills in Hindi and Odiya; English proficiency is a plus. Ability to work independently in a home-based setting. Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
