ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Boat Town, Inc., a growing marine dealership in Boston, MA, as a Parts Specialist. This key position involves managing inventory, ordering parts, and supporting our service department. If you have retail or inventory experience and a passion for boats, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure timely parts ordering.
– Communicate effectively when parts arrive.
– Maintain accurate inventory records.
– Assist with operational tasks in the service department.
– Provide excellent customer service at the checkout counter and via phone.
– Track parts inventory and manage stock levels.
– Support warranty and service communication.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Required: Retail or inventory management experience.
– Preferred: Basic mechanical knowledge in marine or automotive industries.
– Strong work ethic, high energy, and multitasking skills.
– Organized with excellent communication abilities.
– Ability to work on-site Tuesday through Saturday in Boston, MA.
– Customer service experience is a plus.
