This full-time role is vital in creating and refining garment patterns that ensure the perfect fit and appearance of our apparel products. Key Responsibilities Draft and develop garment patterns based on detailed design specifications. Apply expert sewing techniques to ensure pattern accuracy for garment production. Understand fabric characteristics to select suitable materials for patterns. Collaborate closely with designers and production teams to refine patterns and uphold quality standards. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth pattern creation and modification processes. Adjust patterns based on fitting sessions and production feedback. Maintain accurate documentation of all pattern changes and updates. Utilize Richpeace software proficiently for pattern drafting and modifications. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in pattern drafting and garment construction. Strong sewing skills and knowledge of garment production. Comprehensive understanding of various fabric types and their properties. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is highly preferred. The Pattern Master will work collaboratively within a team environment, reporting to the lead designer or production manager. Clear communication and attention to detail are essential to meet project timelines and quality standards.
