Payroll & T&E Business Analyst (ADP GlobalView) - Remote NYC

W2 Position - Remote Opportunity Role: Payroll & Travel & Expense (T&E) Business Analyst specializing in ADP GlobalView Location: Remote (New York City, NY, United States) Job Summary Technocraft Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Payroll & T&E Business Analyst with strong expertise in ADP GlobalView to support global payroll and expense program initiatives. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting system configuration, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring the successful implementation and rollout of payroll and T&E solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView implementations, a deep understanding of end-to-end payroll workflows, integrations, and internal controls. Experience with T&E implementations and finance system integrations is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Serve as a Business Analyst for Payroll and T&E implementation projects Gather and document detailed business requirements from Payroll, HR, Finance, and Accounting teams Support global payroll implementation activities including process mapping, requirements documentation, data validation, UAT planning and execution, and parallel payroll testing Support T&E implementation activities such as expense workflow mapping, policy requirements, approval flows, and reporting needs Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to facilitate integrations between HRIS, payroll, general ledger, and accounting systems Assist with payroll and expense reporting requirements and reconciliation processes Track project deliverables, issues, and risks; coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution Develop training materials and support end-user training sessions Qualifications Proven experience with ADP GlobalView payroll system implementations and support Strong knowledge of payroll workflows, T&E processes, and finance integrations Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams Compensation: $50 per hour Employment Type: One-time project, W2 position, remote eligible
