Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis efforts for Payroll and T&E implementation projects ensuring alignment with global program objectives. Gather and document comprehensive business requirements from Payroll, HR, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders to drive system configuration and enhancements. Support global payroll implementation activities including process mapping, requirements documentation, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution, and parallel payroll testing. Manage T&E implementation tasks such as expense workflow mapping, policy requirements gathering, approval flow design, and reporting specifications. Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations between HRIS, payroll, general ledger (GL), and expense accounting systems. Develop and maintain payroll and expense reporting frameworks and support reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Track project deliverables, identify issues and risks, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive timely resolution and successful project outcomes. Create training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to empower end-users and support smooth system adoption. What We're Looking For Required: Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView payroll system implementations and support. Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll workflows, global payroll compliance, and payroll integrations. Experience supporting Travel & Expense (T&E) system implementations and finance integrations. Proven ability to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple departments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Preferred: Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll-to-GL integration processes. Experience with UAT coordination and parallel payroll testing methodologies. Familiarity with global payroll regulations and compliance standards.
