This position plays a crucial role in enhancing communication and organizational efficiency while managing our social media presence. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maintain consistent brand messaging. Handle administrative tasks including email management and calendar scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond promptly to inquiries. Prepare and organize reports on social media performance metrics to guide strategic decisions. Collaborate with team members to align social media activities with company initiatives. Support marketing material development and campaign execution as needed. Maintain high organizational standards in both social media management and administrative duties to boost productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. This remote role reports directly to senior management and may involve cross-team collaboration to improve project outcomes and communication. Compensation: $60,000 per year.
