This full-time role is essential to supporting our real estate agents by ensuring smooth daily operations and effective administrative support in a fast-paced, competitive market. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for real estate agents. Assist in preparing documents and presentations for client meetings and property showings. Maintain and update client and property databases to ensure accuracy and currency. Coordinate logistics for property visits, open houses, and client events. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate team members. Support marketing efforts by managing social media accounts and assisting with content creation. Conduct research on market trends and assist in preparing reports to support strategic decision-making. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional qualifications in business administration are a plus. Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with real estate software is advantageous. 1-2 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative role preferred.
