Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor Safelender’s social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maintain an active and engaging online presence. Assist in the creation of original and relevant content including posts, graphics, and short videos that align with marketing campaigns and company branding. Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community growth and customer satisfaction. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and prospects through social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and tone. Analyze social media metrics weekly to track campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign planning and execution, contributing fresh ideas to optimize social media strategies. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Safelender’s online presence competitive and innovative. Support administrative tasks related to social media marketing, including scheduling posts and organizing digital assets. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Experience in social media management, marketing, or customer service roles. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
