Key Responsibilities Operate die-cutting and laminating machines accurately and safely. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools and equipment. Load materials and adjust machines according to job specifications. Collaborate with the team in planning and executing production projects. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Actively participate in team meetings to discuss progress and process improvements. Record and report production data to supervisors for continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent certification. Hands-on experience with die-cutting and related machinery. Knowledge of laminating processes and industrial tool handling. Strong teamwork skills and effective communication. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
