We’re looking for a dedicated Peru Commercial Representative to lead our sales team on-site, ensuring strategic sales execution and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the local sales team by providing comprehensive training and performance oversight to maximize productivity.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Peruvian market to promote Company’s products and increase market share.
Prepare detailed sales reports, collections data, and cash flow statements for submission to the head office, ensuring transparency and operational continuity.
Coordinate with the finance team to create and monitor cash flow budgets, supporting sustainable business operations.
Draft and report annual sales and business operation budgets, aligning local objectives with corporate goals.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement within the team and market.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by the company to support overall business objectives and market expansion.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Proven experience in sales team management, preferably within the commercial sector in Peru.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively train and motivate teams.
Solid understanding of sales strategy development and financial reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Lima with a hands-on approach to team and operations management.
Fluency in English and Spanish to liaise with local teams and head office.
Experience collaborating with finance departments on budgeting and cash flow processes.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Familiarity with local market trends and commercial regulations in Peru.
Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools.
