Key Responsibilities

Efficiently pick and pack customer orders accurately according to specifications and scheduled delivery times to ensure 99% order accuracy.
Inspect products thoroughly for quality assurance before packing and shipping to minimize returns and customer complaints.
Accurately label packages with correct shipping information to guarantee safe and timely delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety, reduce errors, and improve workflow efficiency.
Assist with inventory control by tracking stock levels, reporting discrepancies, and supporting cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy above 98%.
Participate in training sessions regularly to enhance skills, stay updated on best practices, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing to reduce errors.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods during shifts.
Effective communication skills to collaborate efficiently with team members and supervisors.

Preferred:

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments, ideally 6+ months.
Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
