Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of plant facilities including equipment, floors, and surfaces to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Adhere strictly to safety and operational standards during all cleaning tasks. Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal use. Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the plant. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on updated cleaning protocols and safety measures. Support special projects or events requiring additional cleaning efforts as necessary. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong attention to detail with ability to follow established cleaning protocols. Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not mandatory. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina with capability to lift heavy objects as required. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary of ZAR 42,000 per month.
