Position: SharePoint Microsoft Power Platform Developer Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA Duration: Long Term | Full-time About the Role Valiant Tek is seeking an experienced Power Apps Programmer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role focuses on designing and building low-code business applications leveraging Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and integrating data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and SQL. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions using Canvas and Model-Driven apps. Create and optimize Power Automate flows for automation, approvals, reminders, scheduled tasks, and REST API integrations. Integrate on-premises data sources via On-Premises Data Gateway (SQL Server, File System, etc.). Build custom connectors for secure REST/SOAP API consumption using OAuth 2.0 or API key authentication. Implement Power Platform governance including environment setup, DLP policies, security groups, and audit controls. Apply ALM best practices with solution packaging, environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod), pipelines, and environment variables. Extend Power Apps with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and JavaScript/TypeScript as needed. Manage role-based security, Dataverse permissions, and Azure AD group integrations. Migrate legacy business processes to Power Platform apps to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze complex business requirements and deliver scalable low-code solutions. Support citizen developer enablement and familiarity with Copilot Studio is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience. 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams. Compensation Annual salary: $110,000 USD Work Location This is an on-site position based in Phoenix, Arizona. Remote work is not eligible.
