Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) tailored to meet complex organizational needs.
- Build and optimize Power Automate flows for automation of approvals, reminders, scheduled tasks, and seamless REST API integrations, increasing operational efficiency by up to 30%.
- Integrate data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and on-premises systems via On-Premises Data Gateway to ensure reliable and secure data connectivity.
- Create and maintain custom connectors with OAuth 2.0 and API key authentication to securely consume REST and SOAP APIs.
- Implement Power Platform governance best practices including environment setup, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, security group configuration, and audit controls to safeguard enterprise data.
- Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies using solution packaging, environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod), pipelines, and environment variables to support continuous delivery.
- Extend Power Apps functionality using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and JavaScript/TypeScript to deliver customized user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable low-code solutions that reduce manual processes and improve productivity.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proven expertise in designing low-code applications using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and SQL data sources.
- Strong skills in building complex Power Automate workflows and integrating APIs securely.
- Experience with on-premises data integration via On-Premises Data Gateway.
- Solid understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, and ALM practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and JavaScript/TypeScript customization.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory integration and role-based security management.
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio and citizen developer enablement.
- Demonstrated ability to migrate legacy processes into Power Platform solutions.
