Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data daily to identify trends, optimize bids, and improve conversion rates by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter.
- Manage PPC budgets efficiently, ensuring spend aligns with strategic goals and delivers cost-effective results.
- Create compelling ad copy and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team to increase click-through rates (CTR) and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities and expand brand visibility in the Peruvian and Latin American markets.
- Report campaign insights and performance metrics to stakeholders with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, content, and sales to align paid strategies with overall marketing objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
