Procurement Analyst - Midtown NYC Hybrid Role

Location: Midtown New York City, NY Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home Pay Rate: $50 - $55 per hour Duration: 6+ months contract to start with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion About the Role Yablon is partnering with a global investment bank to hire a skilled Procurement Analyst to join their Procurement Department. This temp-to-hire position requires expertise in contract negotiation and procurement best practices. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager and BPO Service Provider managing Technology, Facilities, Consulting, and Training categories. Key Responsibilities Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify product and service requirements Manage client and customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and meet deadlines Perform full procurement activities including supplier pre-qualification, contract negotiation, and tender management Lead sourcing engagements such as RFx processes, strategic sourcing, category management, and tactical purchasing Develop and stabilize vendor relationships to improve business efficiency Qualifications & Skills Proven contract negotiation skills are mandatory Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Experience in financial services preferred but open to procurement professionals from other industries Professionalism and excellent relationship management skills Why Join Us?
