Procurement Analyst – Yablon – New York City, NY

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to accurately assess and fulfill product and service requirements across Technology, Facilities, Consulting, and Training categories.
• Manage client relationships by improving customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines, and promoting procurement best practices aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead procurement activities including supplier pre-qualification, contract negotiation, preparation, and tender management to secure optimal terms and conditions.
• Drive sourcing engagements such as RFx processes, strategic sourcing, category management, and tactical purchases to maximize cost savings and efficiency.
• Develop and stabilize vendor relationships to enhance business value and operational performance.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within procurement processes to boost performance and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with governance, policies, and procedures, collaborating with subject matter experts for risk management and mitigation.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels, including C-suite executives, demonstrating professionalism and strong relationship management skills.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience covering the full Source to Pay cycle.
• At least 3 years of proven contract negotiation experience, including expertise with Uniform Commercial Code best practices.
• Strong knowledge in negotiating and managing License Agreements, Equipment Lease Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Subscription Agreements, and Service Level Agreements.
• Exceptional tactical and logistics management skills with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all staff levels, including senior leadership.
• High ethical standards and professionalism in all procurement dealings.
• Proficiency in data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Experience within the financial services industry or related sectors.
