Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of asphalt paving and sealcoat projects to ensure timely and safe completion, adhering to all OSHA and local safety regulations.
  • Manage crew scheduling, material procurement, and equipment allocation to optimize project efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Coordinate project phases on-site, ensuring seamless workflow and minimizing disruptions to clients and the public.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining clear and consistent communication from project initiation through completion.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing asphalt paving or heavy construction projects.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites within the Chicagoland area.
