Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or process leadership roles, preferably within the Guatemala City market.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively engage cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
