Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all community operations including sales, resident relations, and conflict resolution to maintain high resident satisfaction and occupancy rates.

  • Oversee rent and utility payment processing, delinquency tracking, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting to ensure budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Sales, and Renovations teams to ensure timely completion of work orders, home placements, and vendor approvals.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming community atmosphere that supports resident retention and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum two years’ experience as a Property Manager with at least one year in Manufactured Home or RV Communities.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices.
  • Proficiency with property management software (Rent Manager, Elements) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team, including mentoring and training staff.
  • High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
