KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in managing and evaluating suppliers to meet quality and cost standards.
* Organize and classify procurement documents.
* Communicate and negotiate with suppliers for optimal purchase conditions.
* Monitor internal team needs through order follow-up and delivery tracking.
* Analyze purchasing trends and prepare reports for decision-making.
* Collaborate with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Resolve issues arising in the purchasing process and adapt to new situations.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Required:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
– Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Attention to detail and analytical ability.
– Knowledge of supplier management and procurement planning.
* Preferred:
– Experience in industrial services or miscellaneous industrial supplies.
