As part of our team, you will engage in designing and maintaining robust system test strategies, working closely with cross-regional teams across Vietnam, India, and Australia. Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain comprehensive system test strategies and automation scenarios focused on fraud microservices to ensure high-quality releases.
Implement and execute system and integration tests within CI/CD pipelines (Harness/Jenkins) integrated with NEF, ensuring seamless deployment cycles.
Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks that improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
Create, maintain, and verify mocks and stubs using WireMock to simulate upstream and downstream dependencies accurately.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Quality Engineers, and Business Analysts to validate system behavior and promptly resolve integration issues.
Monitor and analyze test execution results, logs, and metrics to identify root causes, trends, and areas for improvement.
Maintain detailed test artifacts including test cases, runbooks, and reports to ensure compliance with platform standards and audit readiness.
Promote and apply shift-left testing strategies throughout the software development lifecycle to catch defects early and improve product quality.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

2 to 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or Automation Engineer, preferably working with microservice-based architectures.
Hands-on experience with system and integration testing within CI/CD environments using tools like Jenkins or Harness.
Proficiency in Java programming and strong knowledge of automation tools such as Playwright, REST Assured, or TypeScript.
Familiarity with WireMock or similar mock/stub frameworks and contract testing methodologies.
Experience testing APIs and event-driven systems using Kafka, MQ, or REST protocols.
Understanding of source control systems like Git and CI/CD best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple regions including Vietnam, India, and Australia.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Amazon Q, AI-driven test generation, or automated prompt execution tools.
Experience working in banking or financial services platforms.
