Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for ServiceNow applications. Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide actionable feedback on software functionality. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure optimal software quality. Document detailed test cases, results, and defect reports to support continuous improvement. Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to uphold quality standards. Identify and recommend improvements in software and testing processes. Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies and automation tools through continuous learning. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in QA engineering with a focus on test automation, especially within ServiceNow environments. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
