Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects early and ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, facilitating effective communication with development teams.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that applications meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure continuous improvement of QA processes and contribute to automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG.

• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
