This full-time role is vital for maintaining top quality and safety standards across our projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications. Perform detailed material testing to verify materials meet industry standards and project requirements. Document and report non-conformance issues; oversee corrective actions to maintain compliance. Collaborate with construction teams to implement quality assurance protocols on-site. Assist in developing and maintaining quality documentation and compliance records. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve quality-related concerns. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture on site. Required and Preferred Qualifications B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within construction. Strong knowledge of construction materials, IS Codes, and compliance standards. Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with construction site safety protocols and practices.
