Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or JUnit to identify software defects and inconsistencies early in the development cycle.
• Analyze and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce testing cycle times by measurable margins.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to define clear testing criteria and success metrics aligned with project goals.
• Participate actively in project planning sessions to thoroughly understand product requirements and contribute to comprehensive test case design.
• Conduct performance and load testing to validate system scalability and reliability under expected and peak usage conditions.
• Document all testing processes and results meticulously, providing actionable feedback to development teams for continuous product improvement.
• Engage in peer reviews of test plans and processes to uphold and enhance quality standards across projects.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
• Proficiency with automation testing tools such as Selenium or JUnit.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
