A Day in the Life of a Quality Assurance Rater

• Perform detailed analytical assessments of search results and AI responses, providing ratings that improve AI model accuracy and search relevance.
• Maintain high-quality standards to ensure reliable and accurate validation data for clients.
• Evaluate diverse rating tasks, conduct thorough research to support rating decisions, and identify inconsistencies or gaps in guidelines.
• Participate actively in training, calibration sessions, and contribute valuable feedback to enhance rating processes.
