Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability. Identify , document , and track software defects through to resolution, maintaining clear communication with development teams. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software functionality and stability. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage. Participate in design and code reviews, providing critical feedback on quality and potential risks. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium and JUnit to enhance testing efficiency. Analyze test results and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize QA processes and adopt industry best practices. What We're Looking For Required: Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or equivalent frameworks. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Preferred: Experience with performance testing and continuous integration tools.
