Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications, systems, or products. Identify, document, and track software defects until resolution. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as required. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage. Participate in design and code reviews to provide quality feedback. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency. Analyze test results and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA trends. Qualifications Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration. This is a contract role based in Richmond, Texas. Remote work is not eligible. Annual pay is $60,000.
