Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Identify, report, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand application functionality and requirements.
- Participate in requirement and design reviews, providing valuable input on testability and validation.
- Perform regression testing and maintain detailed documentation of testing results to ensure product reliability.
- Assist in developing automation testing strategies for efficient quality assurance processes.
- Provide bilingual support to facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience with software testing methodologies and processes.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE.
